How Our Personal Training Works:
We shall first carry our an in-depth postural & functional assessment, helping us to learn how your body moves while performing certain exercises. Through this we are able to find out where your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances are around the body.
We are then able to put together a structured personalised programme, focusing on building you a strong functional foundation. We shall concentrate on improving your core stability & endurance, functional movements of the shoulder, back & pelvis as well building your overall strength.
